Wyldcard Compound

The Wyldcard Compound is the Wyldcard Team's base of operations.

Overview

Wade Romano purchased the Wyldcard Compound at a bargain from a previous team which had gone bankrupt. The compound's property encompasses roughly 20 acres, though most of this land remains undeveloped. As it was left in a destitute state by its former owners, the compound's always been rather shabby. However, in the wake of the Wyldcard team's rough patch in DAC5215, it became extremely run-down and only barely functions thanks to Dennis, Kristy, Wade, Ben and Riidya running themselves ragged to keep it maintained. Despite their best efforts, equipment and infrastructure are constantly breaking down and the place is infested with Arachnachutes.

Facilities

Administration Building

Where most of the team's day to day affairs are conducted. It has a break room, a conference room, a main office, a lobby and a security control room. There's also a gazebo nearby where the staff can hang out and relax outdoors.

Laboratory

A facility the Wyldcard team uses to grow and analyze their Kreatures. It has a nucleus regeneration room for growing Kreatures, a subzero storage locker for preserving nucleus samples, a combat simulation deck, a data analysis room, and a server room.

Training Facility

Where the Wyldcard team trains for combat. The main building contains a sparring arena, a training hall, an indoor pool, a locker room and shower, and an infirmary. Adjacent to the building is a practice field about half an acre.

Utility Buildings

The Wyldcard team's primary utility building consists of a workshop and garage with a storage unit and a maintenance shed. The main power module is connected to various small substations which supply power to the rest of the compound. For security, there is an observation tower, a thick outer wall and a front gate that leads in and out of the compound. There's also a hangar which once housed a suborbital cruiser for transporting the team and their Kreatures to matches in other continents, but it currently sits unused; the cruiser was sold long ago to pay off the team's debts.

Kreature Habitats

Kennel

Contains indoor stalls for various small and medium Kreatures. The stalls lead to an adjacent field contained within a pit-style enclosure.

Occupants: Jagaldie, Jaljal, Kastan, Bellepe, Eteep

Stables

Basically just a larger version of the kennel, for medium and large Kreatures. However, the field for this one is divided into sections.

Occupants: Stampike, Torkyrax, Silkiure, Wyrmaou

Greenhouse

Contains indoor habitats for small and medium Kreatures requiring warmth.

Occupants: Platrox, Geksaur, Beastoad, Nompod, Kraaster

Aquarium

Contains tanks for the team's small and medium aquatic and semi-aquatic Kreatures.

Occupants: Scuthon, Ogofish, Amphisnake

Aviary

Contains indoor habitats for small and medium flying Kreatures.

Occupants: Rahawk, Mardax, Dracrow

Large Paddock

A heavy security pit-style enclosure for high-ranking Kreatures, roughly the side of a football field, with an indoor shelter adjacent. Unoccupied as of DAC5215.

Quarantine Pen

A temporary holding cell for new or transient Kreatures.
