It has a shield-like, armoured head built for ramming. This Kreature has a rowdy, playful nature and will smash through things with its head just for the sport of it. It may even find itself unable to resist headbutting its own Tamer if they happen to bend over in front of it. Feral Kastaks lives in mixed herds consisting of both Kastan and Kastaks. When the herd is under attack, the Kastaks will surround the Kastans with their skulls pointing outward, forming a defensive circle around them. While their horns ostensibly a display structure and weapons for ritualistic combat, they also function as a sensor array, allowing it keep track of where its herd mates are at any given time.
