Carol Weiss (née Bailey) is is Ben's sweet, wholesome and protective mother. She's aware of the potential dangers posed by Kreature Combat and worries terribly about what could happen to him if there's ever an accident on the battlefield. She runs Bailey's Cafe and Bakery, a business once operated by her mother, out of an old storefront the Weiss family lives above. Carol's delicious baked goods are well loved among the locals of Billaine Town, but she's been struggling to compete thanks to the Amazo-Mart that's moved in. Ben used to have a job delivering bread for her and still tries to help her out when he's got the time.
