Warfare in Dimentiara

The integration of Battle Kreatures into warfare was a paradigm shit that changed it forever. With their Nucleo-Auras, Battle Kreatures are impervious to all conventional weaponry. Though they are not invincible, the simplest method to dispatch a Battle Kreature is to use another against it. Therefore, the balance of power in Dimentiara lies with those who can create the most Battle Kreatures and equip them with the best weaponry and gear.

At the outset, one might think that the sheer variety of different Battle Kreatures would over-complicate things from a logistical standpoint, making them impractical to use in warfare by rendering military standardization impossible to enforce. However, through process of elimination in selecting the best Kreatures with the simplest husbandry requirements, this problem is resolved. Most Battle Kreatures have been designed for use in recreational battles, where the cost of specialized care is offset by the smaller scale of the operation.
