Scorpiotrio has an ancient legacy reaching deep into Dimentiara's prehistory. Aside from the requisite modifications to its genome that were made to turn it into a Battle Kreature, it's nearly identical to its primordial ancestors that existed 400 million years ago. Its book lungs still retain some gill-like attributes, enabling it to breathe in both air and water, though it's most comfortable on land when humidity levels exceed 80%. It's been engineered for ambush attacks, hiding in the mud or the soil and launching a rapid barrage of projectile venomous stingers from its three tails. The stingers regenerate rapidly, so by the time it's taken its third shot the first two tails have already had time to reload, giving it a high rate of fire comparable to a machine gun. Even if it runs out of venom, it can still use the pincers on its tails to seize and immobilize prey, then rip it apart using the larger crushing pincers on its pedipalps. It's rated highly among Tamers thanks to its tolerance of poor water quality and simplistic husbandry compared to many other semi-aquatic Kreatures.
