Billaine Town is a small town located in Zaitopia. It's roughly a 20 minute maglev ride from Zaito City. It's rather insignificant in the grand scheme of things and nearly a ghost town; most young people opt to move away as soon as they can. It's only important from a Doylist perspective as the home of Ben Weiss.
