Chillvera City is a city located in the Zaitopian province of Upper Zaitopia.
Overview
Built near the inland Bitterine Seas, Chillvera City is the only major city to be found in Upper Zaitopia: about 95% of the province's entire population is consolidated there, with the rest spread out across various small fishing villages, military bases and scientific outposts. Rather than expose itself to the freezing tundra, most of Chillvera City is underground, powered by geothermal energy. The city's network of subterranean hot springs and the skiing lodges in the nearby hills are its main tourist attractions. Provincial bylaws ban civilian ownership of Battle Kreatures, so Rita Finlay gave her Eteep Mr. Tickles to her ex-boyfriend so she could attend Bitterine University. (The tuition's cheap and so's the rent.)
