A Kreature that is designed for high-speed underwater battles. Firmly clad in a suit of interlocking ganoid scales with a special enamel coating that deflects both concussive and energy based attacks, it forces its opponents to face it in melee combat, where it excels. Enemies that manage to avoid its fearsome jaws are sliced apart by its razor sharp fins. It will even launch surprise attacks against prey flying too low over the water, breaching above the surface and using its fins to spill their guts. Fortunately, feral Garactos living in lakes and rivers rarely venture into shallow water where most people swim and show little interest in attacking boats that enter their territory, apparently understanding that watercraft are inanimate, non-edible objects. In fact, it has been rumoured that waters where Garactos live are safer to travel through, as they've been known to hunt more dangerous feral aquatic Kreatures such as Cleavbill and Shartaka.
